Anchovy Pasta with Spinach

Instructions

  1. Melt the anchovies in 1/4 C oil over low heat in a skillet, then add the pepper flakes and garlic and continue until the garlic is fragrant.
  2. Add the spinach, saute until the spinach is wilted, then mix in the breadcrumbs. Season to taste.
  3. Toss the pasta in with the spinach, mix in the remaining oil, plate, garnish with the cheese, and serve hot.
